This Privacy Policy explains what Brandwavr collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
• Content you provide — the website URLs, descriptions, images, and notes you submit to generate campaigns, plus the videos and assets we generate for you.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of purchases and your credit balance; we do not store your full card number.
• Usage data — product analytics (pages visited, features used, events such as campaign creation and exports) and basic device/browser information, collected via PostHog.

How we use it

• To provide and operate the service — generating, rendering, storing, and delivering your content.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• To understand usage and improve the product.
• To communicate with you about your account or the service.

AI processing and sub-processors

To generate content, your inputs (and intermediate data) are sent to third-party AI model providers and infrastructure that we use to run Brandwavr, which may include providers such as Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, and Replicate for generation; Amazon Web Services for storage; MongoDB for the database; Stripe for payments; and PostHog for analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication (to keep you signed in) and for analytics. Analytics events are routed through our own domain to remain reliable. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as a result.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the sub-processors above to run the service, or when required by law, or to protect our rights and users.

Data retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete a campaign (and its generated assets) at any time from within the app. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. Stored third-party tokens (where applicable) are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@brandwavr.com.

Children

Brandwavr is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
